Piñata Scavenger Hunt Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. OPENING AN ACCOUNT, TAKING A LOAN FROM AMERICA'S CREDIT UNION, OR OTHER PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME AND WITHOUT NOTICE.
Contest Details: Find all 5 piñata icons throughout our website https://www.americascu.org/ to enter to win the grand prize. To begin the scavenger hunt, the first clue will be on our website's homepage and in a post on our Facebook https://www.facebook.com/AmericasCreditUnion/ and Instagram accounts https://www.instagram.com/americas_cu/. Click on the piñatas to read your next clue, and continue the search. The last piñata will take you to a page with a form to record your findings. If you find this piñata that leads you to the form before you have found all 5, that’s okay, continue the search, but remember where you found the piñata that takes you to the form because that is how you enter to win the prize.
Once you have found all 5 piñatas fill out the form provide all FIVE page names. You do NOT have to put the correct page order ONLY the correct page names to qualify for entry.
Eligibility for Promotion: Open to anyone eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of America’s Credit Union and immediate family members (spouse and parents, siblings and children and their spouses), and persons living in the same households of each of the above are ineligible. The winner must be able to pick up the prize at one of our branch locations, as we will not ship it. The Promotion period begins on June 17th, 2024 and ends on July 1st, 2024. If any prize is not claimed after 10 days of announcement, an alternative winner will be chosen. No transfer or substitution of the prize is permitted by the winner.
Prize: The Credit Union will award the winner one (1) Piñata filled prize valued at $150.
Void where prohibited by law: All Federal, State, and local laws apply.
Tax Responsibility: Federal, State, and local taxes are the responsibility of the prize winner.
Release of Claims: The winner, members of any winning household, relatives, and persons who use any prize awarded by the Credit Union, and such persons heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt the Credit Union and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, chooses in action and damages which they have now or any time in the future arising from the use of any prize, including personal injury or death.
Prize Drawing and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among the eligible entrants received, from June 17th, 2024 through July 1st, 2024. The selection of a prize winner hereunder will be final. A photo of the prize winner will be posted on social media. We will notify the winner based off the contact information provided in the entry form. We will NEVER send you a link to click as a winner.
General Conditions: America's Credit Union reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the promotion or any part of it, for any reason, including if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by the Credit Union in its sole discretion.
Accepting a prize, a winner consents to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services without compensation.
