Eligibility for Promotion: Open to anyone eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of America’s Credit Union and immediate family members (spouse and parents, siblings and children and their spouses), and persons living in the same households of each of the above are ineligible. The Promotion period begins and ends on March 21, 2024. We will announce the winner during the Texas Outlaws game on March 21, 2024, at halftime. If any prize is not claimed by the end of the soccer game, an alternative winner will be chosen. No transfer or substitution of the prize is permitted by the winner.
Prize: The Credit Union will award the winner one (1) Texas Outlaws Team Signed soccer ball valued at $50.
Void where prohibited by law: All Federal, State, and local laws apply.
Tax Responsibility: Federal, State, and local taxes are the responsibility of the prize winner.
Release of Claims: The winner, members of any winning household, relatives, and persons who use any prize awarded by the Credit Union, and such persons heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt the Credit Union and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, chooses in action and damages which they have now or any time in the future arising from the use of any prize, including personal injury or death.
Prize Drawing and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among the eligible entrants received, on March 21, 2024. The selection of a prizewinner hereunder will be final. A photo of the prize winner will be posted on social media. We will notify the winner based of the contact information provided in the entry form. We will NEVER send you a link to click as a winner.
General Conditions: America's Credit Union reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the promotion or any part of it, for any reason, including if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by the Credit Union in its sole discretion.
Accepting a prize, a winner consents to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services without compensation.
