    New Digital Banking


    Important Dates/Details

    As we transition to the new digital banking platform, there will be a scheduled blackout period to upgrade our Bill Pay service. If you currently use Bill Pay, there is some key information you should know:

    • Monday, Nov 10 at 9 AM CT through Wednesday, Nov 12 - You won’t be able to add, cancel, or modify any bill payment transactions during this time.  Any scheduled payments will still process as usual during this period. 
    • Wednesday, Nov 12 - Your new digital experience goes live. You’ll be able to add, cancel, or modify bill payment transactions again. All your existing payees and scheduled payments will carry over automatically.

    New Mobile App

    On November 12th, be sure to download our new mobile app. It’s your gateway to all the upgraded features and enhanced security.

    Just search for AmericasCU in your app store or scan the QR code when available to install the latest version. Once you’ve downloaded the app, follow the first-time login steps to get started. It’s quick and secure—and you’ll be set up in no time.

    QR Code to App Stores will be available on November 12th.  

    First Time Login Instructions to Digital Banking

    Our new digital banking platform includes enhanced security and privacy features. Each user is defined as a primary or joint owner in this new system.  Each user will now have their own unique login, rather than sharing credentials across a single account.

    Not sure if you are a Primary or Joint Owner?  
    Primary Owner - The person listed first on an account.  This person receives statements in their name.  
    Joint Owner  - The person listed either second or third on an account. 

    Your desktop and mobile experience will be very similar.
